Agenda Widget
By using Agenda Widget, you agree to these terms.
1. License
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use this software on your Windows device. This license is tied to your Microsoft Store account.
2. Use of Service
Agenda connects to Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Todoist using their provider APIs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts and following the applicable provider terms.
When available for your license and active, the optional Weather Add-on uses an approximate Windows location or a place you select to request weather through the Agenda Widget proxy and Visual Crossing Weather. If Weather For Offline Events is enabled, an eligible timed event's location field may be used for a weather lookup. See the Privacy Policy for the data flow and location controls.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand which information is processed locally and which information is sent to connected providers, the optional weather service, and our diagnostic and hosting services.
4. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
Weather information is provided for general reference and planning. Forecasts may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. They are not official weather warnings or emergency alerts and are not a substitute for information from local authorities or professional advice. The weather data is provided by Visual Crossing; see its service terms and Privacy Policy for information about its service and data handling.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
