By accessing or using Tasks Sync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is provided by afaustov Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Tasks Sync is a cloud-based integration tool that synchronizes tasks between Google Tasks and Notion databases. The Service allows you to connect your Google and Notion accounts, configure field mappings, and run recurring or manual sync operations. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The Service integrates with Google Tasks and Notion. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party services. You acknowledge that by using these integrations, you are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
You retain full ownership of all data synced through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your tasks, notes, or database content. We only process your data to provide the synchronization functionality you request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, afaustov Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, sync errors, missed deadlines, or service interruptions. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Tasks Sync uses a “last-write-wins” strategy for conflict resolution. We make reasonable efforts to preserve data integrity, but we cannot guarantee that every sync operation will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing the results of sync operations and maintaining backups of important data outside the Service.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by disconnecting Google Tasks and Notion from your configuration page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms or if your use of the Service creates operational or legal risk. Upon termination, your sync configuration will be deleted within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that may affect their configurations or data.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
