Each interval is a target schedule, not an exact timing guarantee. We check for changes around that interval, but actual start and completion times can vary with queue load, provider limits, and the amount of data being synchronized. Initial syncs may take longer.

If a configuration includes a sync tier, that interval and every slower interval are included at no extra cost. Other configurations are evaluated separately. You are charged only for a configuration that runs faster than its included interval.
